Intelligence Where Work Happens

As we continue to evolve the Arctera Unified Platform, our focus remains on aligning how compliance operates with how our customers actually work.

This perspective is reflected in our latest announcement, where we introduced the next phase of the platform and our SaaS operating model.

In today’s world, work is changing quickly.

It no longer sits within defined systems or workflows. It unfolds across interactions, and increasingly through AI. Teams are already using AI to search, analyze, and move faster, and it is becoming a natural interface for how work gets done.

But there’s a gap - the data behind that work remains fragmented across systems and disconnected from the workflows where decisions are made.

The shift becomes clearer in practice.

Intelligence Where Work Happens

Work has moved into interactions and AI, but it is still governed as systems

Every decision leaves a trail, but it no longer lives in one place. It forms across a sequence of interactions spanning communications, content, and AI. A single outcome may reflect multiple conversations, documents, and AI-generated outputs.

Most organizations can surface pieces of that activity. Fewer can follow how it came together without reconstructing it across systems.

This is fundamentally a question of continuity—how activity connects over time.

Governance models were built around systems of record, where activity is captured and reviewed in isolation. Work now unfolds across interactions. Understanding it requires preserving how those interactions connect over time.

Without that continuity, teams must rebuild context every time they need to act.

The bottleneck has shifted from access to the ability to work from context

With a unified data foundation in place, the constraint is no longer access. It is what happens next.

Teams still reconstruct context before they can act. Investigations and reviews begin by pulling data from multiple sources and aligning it into something usable. That process slows response and introduces risk at the point decisions are made.

Visibility alone is not enough; the challenge is whether data can be used directly.

Context should not be assembled during an investigation. It should exist as part of the record itself. When interactions are captured and connected as they occur, teams can begin with understanding and move directly into action.

This is the shift from managing data to working from it.

AI will define how work gets done, but only if it can operate on enterprise data

AI is already shaping how work happens. Teams are using it to ask questions, generate insights, and accelerate decisions. In most environments, however, AI operates separately from the enterprise data and context that matter.

Work may begin in AI tools, but it cannot be completed there. Teams still move between systems to access data, validate outputs, and carry out investigations. The workflow fragments, and context is rebuilt at each step.

For AI to be effective, it must operate on enterprise data in context and in place.

With this latest release of the Arctera Unified Platform, we are taking a direct step toward closing that gap, anchored by the introduction of AI Converge.

AI Converge extends the platform into AI workflows by allowing AI tools to search, analyze, and act on enterprise data directly, without moving it or exposing it. It also brings AI interactions into the same governed record as communications and content, ensuring that prompts, responses, and underlying data are captured as part of a continuous, traceable record.

AI Converge is further supported by broader Arctera Unified Platform capabilities. This includes expanded AI Interaction Capture, bringing prompts, responses, and files into scope. It extends communication coverage across Google Workspace, Zoom, and FX Connect. With InsightAI for Early Case Assessment, including conversation threading, sentiment, and topic analysis, teams can interpret activity faster and more consistently. Continued investment in defensibility at scale, including legal hold, chain of custody, and reporting, ensures outcomes can be supported when required.

AI Converge, together with these additional capabilities, allow teams to work from data directly within the workflows where decisions are made.

A different way to work

Work is already moving across interactions and AI-driven workflows.

The requirement now is to operate from complete context, use AI on enterprise data, and maintain control over how that data is accessed and applied.

As a compliance intelligence company, our focus is on embedding intelligence into the flow of work, so decisions can be understood and supported when it matters.
